Changes from EIMS Server 3.0.1
• Fixed bug where IMAP was not handling a trailing space in part of a Content-Type header
• Fixed balloon help in connection stats window
• Fixed IMAP handling of long Content-Type attribute names.
• The date part of Received headers is no longer wrapped.
• Fixed problem with timeouts longer than 18 minutes.
• Fixed problem with IMAP shared folder aliases not working.
• Fixed * and % in LIST not working if they are the last character.
• Bounce messages with only the headers included now use text/rfc822-headers MIME type.
